What products can be personalized?
I offer personalized apparel, tumblers, mugs, tote bags, ornaments, keychains, keepsakes, memorial items, event products, gift baskets and more. If you do not see what you need, please contact me with your idea.
How do I place a custom order?
Choose the custom product you would like, enter the requested personalization details and submit any photos or inspiration. If the product is not listed, contact me before ordering.
Do I get to approve my design?
Yes. You will receive a design proof to review before production begins. Please check all names, dates, spelling, colors and other details carefully.
When is payment required?
Full payment is required for every order. Custom products will not enter production until payment has been received and the design has been approved.
How long will my order take?
The standard turnaround time is 7–14 business days after payment and design approval. Weekends and holidays are not included. Large, detailed or event orders may require additional time.
Can I change my design after approving it?
Contact me as soon as possible. If production has not begun, I may be able to make the change. Changes made after approval may delay your order or result in an additional charge.
Can I submit my own photo?
Yes! Please submit the clearest, highest-quality original photo available. Blurry, dark, cropped or screenshot images may not print clearly. I will let you know if your photo is not suitable before production begins.
Are shipping charges included?
Shipping is additional unless the product listing states otherwise. Any applicable shipping charge will be added to your order.
Can I return a personalized item?
Custom and personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or an error was made by Uniquely Yours by Heather.
Can I return a ready-made item?
Unused ready-made items may be returned within 14 days of receipt.
What happens if there is a mistake with my order?
Please contact me as soon as possible and include clear photos. If the mistake was made by Uniquely Yours by Heather, I will work with you to correct it at no additional cost.
Do you accept large or event orders?
Yes! I can help with shirts, favors, decorations, keepsakes and other items for special events. Please contact me before ordering so we can discuss quantities, pricing and your needed date.
