What to Submit
Please provide:
- The product and quantity you would like
- The person’s or pet’s name
- Any dates you would like included
- Your preferred wording, verse, quote or saying
- Your preferred colors or theme
- The clearest original photo available
- Your requested completion date
Please send digital copies of photographs rather than original or irreplaceable printed photos.
Photo Quality
Clear, well-lit, high-resolution photos produce the best results. Screenshots, heavily cropped images and blurry or dark photos may not print clearly.
If your photo needs minor adjustments, I will let you know what may be possible. Some older or damaged photos may have limitations that cannot be completely corrected.
Design Approval and Turnaround
You will receive a design proof to review before production begins. Please carefully check all names, dates, spelling and design details.
Full payment and final design approval are required before production begins. The standard turnaround time is 7–14 business days after payment and approval. Larger memorial orders may require additional time.
