Payment
Full payment is required for every order. Custom orders will not enter production until payment has been received and the final design has been approved.
Custom Designs and Approval
Please provide all names, dates, wording, colors, photos and personalization details when placing your order. You will receive a design proof to review before production begins.
Please check all spelling and details carefully. Once you approve the design, you are confirming that the information is correct. Changes requested after approval may delay your order or result in an additional charge.
Turnaround Time
The standard turnaround time for custom orders is 7–14 business days after both payment and design approval have been received.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Larger orders, event orders and highly detailed designs may require additional time. Any extended turnaround time will be discussed before your order is finalized.
Shipping and Pickup
Shipping charges are not included in product prices unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs will be added when applicable.
Delivery dates provided by shipping carriers are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Uniquely Yours by Heather is not responsible for carrier delays after an order has been shipped.
Returns and Exchanges
Unused ready-made items may be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Because custom and personalized products are created specifically for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrives damaged or an error was made by Uniquely Yours by Heather.
If there is a problem with your order, please contact me as soon as possible and include clear photos. If I made the mistake, I will work with you to correct it at no additional cost.
Colors and Product Appearance
Colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen, printing process and the materials used. Placement may also vary slightly because each item is individually made.
