The quality of the photo or artwork you submit directly affects how your finished personalized product will look. Please follow these guidelines to help me create the best possible result.
Submitting Photos
• Send the original, highest-quality digital photo available.
• Use a clear, well-lit image with the subject fully visible.
• Avoid blurry, dark, pixelated or heavily cropped photos.
• Send the original file instead of a screenshot whenever possible.
• Do not enlarge a small photo before submitting it because this will not improve its quality.
• Make sure important faces and details are not cut off.
• Please submit digital copies rather than original or irreplaceable printed photographs.
Submitting Logos and Artwork
• PNG files with transparent backgrounds are preferred when available.
• High-quality JPG, PDF and SVG files may also be accepted.
• Avoid low-resolution screenshots or images copied from social media.
• Clearly explain which parts of the artwork you want included.
• Provide your preferred colors, wording and product placement.
Names, Dates and Wording
Please type all names, dates, quotes and other wording exactly as they should appear.
Carefully check:
• Spelling
• Capitalization
• Dates
• Punctuation
• Names and initials
• Bible verses, quotes or special sayings
Design Proofs
You will receive a design proof to review before production begins. Please carefully check the entire design.
Once you approve the proof, you are confirming that the spelling, details, placement and overall design are correct. Changes requested after approval may delay your order or result in an additional charge.
Photo Editing
Basic cropping, placement and minor adjustments may be possible. Extensive photo restoration, detailed background removal or major design changes may require an additional fee. Any additional cost will be discussed before the work is completed.
Color Differences
Colors can appear different depending on your screen, printer, product material and production method. The finished product may have slight color variations from the digital proof.
Permission to Use Images
Please only submit photos, logos, artwork and other content that you own or have permission to use. Some copyrighted, licensed or trademarked images may not be available for reproduction.
